Singapore Pools, the world’s largest lottery operator, is upgrading its IT infrastructure with a new central lottery system. The company will install IGT’s Aurora software platform, which is designed to drive lottery innovation and profitability while offering reliability for high volumes of transactions. The solution is built on the Oracle Cloud to improve observability, agility and business intelligence.

The solution will also allow Singapore Pools to respond quickly to customer requests and address IT issues in real time. Previously, the company would have had to respond to problems in batches, which could result in outages and slow service. With the implementation of the new solution, the company will be able to resolve issues in minutes, compared to hours.

In addition to the new central lottery system, the company is upgrading its sgp pools website and mobile app to make it easier for customers to access their accounts and products. The new interface is easier to navigate and includes improved search functionality, a more intuitive layout and enhanced security features. The company plans to launch the new site and app later this year.

Aside from the improved user experience, the new sgp pools website will enable users to find their favorite games and win more prizes. The platform will also feature a rewards program that allows players to earn points and redeem them for prizes. Moreover, the site will also allow players to check their ticket balance and winnings at any time.

To be able to log in to the new sgp pools website, players must have a valid ID number and email address. They will also need to provide proof of identity, which can be in the form of a passport or NRIC. Additionally, they will need to have an internet connection and a bank account linked to their sgp pools account. Lastly, they must be 18 years old or over to play the games.

The new sgp pools website is available on desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. In addition, the website is backed by a dedicated team that is ready to assist players with any queries. The website is safe and secure to use, as all transactions are encrypted using industry-standard encryption technology.

Singapore Pools is committed to being a “Company for Good”, and leverages its strength to benefit the community by setting up iShine Cloud in 2018. iShine Cloud provides other charities with an integrated suite of charity-specific solutions through a secure, cloud-based IT platform. This enables them to better manage their operations and serve their beneficiaries. To date, iShine Cloud has onboarded 31 charities and more are being added soon.
