Marketing Manager – 3Dnatives
Founded in 2018 by a team of pioneers, passionate about bringing the next generation of high performance manufacturing, we aspire to mass produce high performance composites as easily as metals. We do this by automating and digitizing the workflow of composite production in the most innovative companies.
We understand the complexities of anisotropic materials and the manual process of manufacturing carbon composites. To simplify this, we set out to provide an all-in-one solution to help our customers dramatically increase their serial production of composites and turn their ideas from serial production to production in months, not years. .
So we’ve built a software-as-a-service suite, powered by built-in FEA simulation tools, that enables highly optimized designs to be delivered quickly. Next, we combined state-of-the-art additive manufacturing equipment with advanced post-processing technology to enable mass production of structural composite parts.
WHAT IS THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of experts who develop our products, as well as with sales and business development teams. Your role will be to carry our message on a large scale both geographically and across all industries (including in some of the most exciting markets, from aerospace to medical, leisure and luxury products).
You will drive our clientele growth through automation and innovative digital campaigns, as well as targeted business events. Your expertise in marketing analytics tools is essential for learning campaigns and tailoring their content and channels to maximize inbound lead generation. At the same time, your role in organizing and participating in targeted events will allow you to interact with key stakeholders both inside and outside our organizations, and to identify new opportunities while strengthening our brand. This role is a 70-30 divide between inbound marketing and event management requiring strong planning skills while being practical in implementing strategies that attract a qualified audience.

Have established regular collaboration with other departments to create a regular cadence of content for lead generation (ebooks, webinars, blog posts, etc.)
Write an inbound lead generation strategy to create, manage and execute multichannel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social marketing, inbound marketing, email, mail / impression and events campaigns to stimulate customer acquisition
Track, monitor and report on new campaign performance and Evergreen campaign ROI.
Leverage lessons learned from creative team campaigns to develop more effective ad campaigns
Plan, organize and manage our presence at regional events, including strategy and logistics

Have established strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our ecosystem of external partners and freelancers
Plan and manage a promotional calendar across all content and channel resources to ensure a high level of qualified inbound leads
Plan, organize and manage our presence at some of the biggest trade shows, including strategy, logistics and contract negotiations with partner agencies
Coordinate teams of 10 to 15+ employees for the duration of a show
Provide regular summaries of campaign performance and recommend, design and implement improvement strategies
Proactively identify new technologies and improvements to existing platforms to improve the company’s digital marketing capabilities
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE RLE
> Technical requirements
Bachelor of Arts with specialization in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on complex technical assets (ideally hardware and software) that require explanation
Advanced analytical and reporting skills, in-depth understanding of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms (Marketo, Bizible, Magento, Sitefinity …)
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices
Advanced knowledge of inbound lead generation and marketing automation practices
Proven track record in performance-based digital marketing
Experienced with CMS and CRM systems (especially Hubspot)

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes
Ability to find the right balance between effective planning and flexibility
Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally and spend more than a week and a half at a time on the road
Proven ability to work both analytically and creatively, as well as to work closely with technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders at all levels

HTML / CSS, hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in the composites industry
